Paula Nourse (also known as Paula Diane Nourse) and her husband, Richard Nourse, have long presented themselves as animal rescuers and service dog trainers in Kuna, Idaho. However, over the years, multiple reports and complaints have surfaced regarding their practices. Allegations include lack of veterinary care for dogs, unpaid transporters, dogs with serious behavioral issues including biting adopters, misuse of donations and pledges, deceptive tactics to obtain animals, and even threats of lawsuits against critics.
